We were selected as a Semi Finalist for the ERP & TradeTech vertical of the HK Fintech Week Global Fast Track Programme! Global Fast Track Programme is hosted by Hong Kong Fintech Week 2020. This programme aims to help companies to connect and present their innovative solutions to executives of the largest financial institutions in Hong Kong.

Submission & Selection

Firstly, we submitted our solution on 13th September for evaluation. There were 9 categories we could submit in. “Capital Markets”, “Commercial Banking”, “ERP and TradeTech”, Insurance”, “Payments”, “RegTech”, “Retail Banking”, “Trade Finance” and “WealthTech”. We submitted our solution under the category “ERP and TradeTech”.

On 16th September, we got notified that we were selected as a Semi Finalist for the ERP & TradeTech vertical of the HK Fintech Week Global Fast Track Programme!

Pitching Session

We were required to pitch our solution to judges in order to select one winner to move on to the Finals. The pitching session took place on 30th September. Our Director Ada Lim, was the one who pitched to the judges. You may watch the video of the pitch here! We competed with 9 other companies in the pitching session. Each company only had 3 minutes to pitch and will be judged by 4 judges. We were also given 2 minutes after our pitch for a short Q&A session with the judges. Judges will give each company points based on the pitch. At the end of the session, the company with the most amount of points will be the winner.

Even though we did not win, our company profile will be shown on their website. They have also given us 5 complimentary tickets to the Hong Kong Fintech Week 2020 event. They have also approve our application for the Startup Virtual Exhibition Support Programme, which will give us an opportunity to exhibit and showcase our products and gain the right network into Hong Kong.

We are excited to see what the future holds for us. We are grateful for this opportunity and we hope that we get to participate in more pitches/events like this!
