Our first approach was to understand the processes and workflow implemented by M&P International Freights sales team. Within their needs, we customized several “scripts” (a set of instructions for the bot to follow).
Next, our bot opens the mailing system and finds the incoming submission. Our bot then copy all the required records and details, such as the name of clients, their emails, the message, the submission date, and the assigned agent. Then, our bot types all the details in an Excel file.
Following that, our bot sends the Excel file to the sales manager for documentation. All the assigned agents now only need to check on the Excel file to follow up with their clients. They don’t need to manually check incoming submissions on email.
