We have given birth to a totally revamped version to Gleematic! We have listened to our users in our journey to empower them to spend more time on things that matter, by leveraging on automation-driven technology. That vision is what has been driving us to keep improving our software to be more user-friendly as we can. We are known for “no-coding” software, which allows any type of users – even without IT background, to create automation scripts using our user-friendly tools. How can user efficiently automate their processes if they are taking too long creating the script?

In this new version, Gleematic has many improvement and enhancement on its functions, new and revamped interface that is more user-friendly, and of course – new features!

Take a look on what’s new in Gleematic 2.0!

New Interface

  • Once login to the Gleematic Designer, user will only see “Base” module available. This “Base” module consists of main or basic functions to create simple automation script. If user only needs our cognitive bots to click on an icon, open application, or type certain text, then this “Base” module is the right-fit! If the user is entitled for more functions and features according to the license package that they choose, then they can go to “Module Manager” to download the other modules.
“Base” Module
  • Modules Manager”: Users can choose and download which module they need (according to the license package they purchased and modules included).

  • Revamped main controllers: the buttons at the top of the Designer allow users to set up and control the steps.
More intuitive buttons as main controller of the steps
  • Tool for user to search certain step in the script:
“Search in Steps” function
  • Status Bar and Notes: user can insert notes, view screenshots, and see progress or status of functions done.

    • Create Variables/List/Dictionary seamlessly. Formerly “Assign Variable” function, now user only needs to click on the icon (circled in red) to create or view variables/list/dictionary.

    New Features

    • Import Data” function: allows user to quickly import data (Variable/List/Dictionary) from another script to a script that user is currently working on.
    • Web Portal”: that redirects and logs user into the portal where users can store and share RPA scripts. User can find the type of script they want and access them for their own reference or use.
Community and Forum for Gleematic users
      • Licensing Info” menu provides the licensing info of the user:
      Now licensing info is provided
      • Login” function: formerly known as “Load to Login”, indicates the RPA script to load every time there is a successful login. User can select the RPA file by clicking on the browser icon. User can choose whether they want to run the script afterwards or not, which they can do by simply swiping the ‘on-off’ button.
      • Export as PDF” allows user to export the script as PDF document.
      • Export as Document” allows user to export the script as docx. document.

      Improvements & Changes

      • Sub-functions are regrouped to make things more efficient for user to use. Some functions are also renamed.
        •  “Sentiment Analysis” is now a stand-alone module. This function is specialized for user to use A.I. Natural Language Processing to analyze sentiment of text. User can select accordingly which language they would like Gleematic to analyze.

        • User can choose 2 different ways to do data scraping: “Manual Scraping” and “Web Scraping”.  “Manual Scraping” means user needs to set-up the script manually, step by step by using several functions. “Web Scraping” allows user to scrape data from any website automatically, by simply inserting the URL of the targeted website.
          “Web Scraping” function
          • Functions to do data extraction from PDF documents are revamped. In Gleematic 2.0, user only needs to do data labelling on “PDF Labelling” function and a few other simplified steps.
          • Functions to do predictive analysis with A.I. Machine Learning are revamped. In Gleematic 2.0, user only needs to use 3 simplified functions (for functions where AI takes part).
          • Revamped method for image processing. In Gleematic 2.0, user only needs to use 2 simplified functions (where image processing takes part).
          • Easier way to label images on “Image Labelling” function:
Simplified data labelling for intelligent document extraction
          • Easier way to crop icon. User needs to crop icon to instruct Gleematic what icon to wait, click, or search.
          • Enhancements on import-export project functionality.

          New Functions

          • New functions (revamped) in “Text Analytic”, with more options to analyze text.

          • Arithmetic”: this function performs arithmetic, where it can calculate and manipulate numbers.
          • Check Screen”: this function is used to set or compare screen. User can choose what to do, whether they want to set current screen as initial or compare the current screen with the ‘initial’.
