For the second year running, we rolled up our sleeves at GITEX AI Asia, returning with the same mission but a sharper tool: AI Agents built specifically to unclog the arteries of finance. Last year, we introduced the concept. This year, we proved the cure.
Returning to GITEX AI Asia, with More to Showcase
Last year, at GITEX AI Asia 2025, the conversation around AI was still largely exploratory. There was enthusiasm, certainly—but also a sense of distance between promise and practical application. This year felt different.
We came back showcasing what we’ve been building since then: AI Agents designed specifically to transform finance operations. Not as a concept, but as a working system already solving real problems.
If you listened to the keynote speeches, you heard the word “disruption” about forty times. If you walked the floor, you saw a thousand startups promising to replace your entire workforce with a single API call. But step away from the bright lights, and the conversations shifted.
We met a finance controller from a logistics firm who is still manually matching receipts in Excel at 11 PM. We met a CFO from a retail scale-up who has five different ERPs that refuse to talk to each other. They weren’t looking for magic wands. They were looking for a hand.
At our booth, the focus wasn’t on futuristic narratives. It was on execution. We demonstrated how AI can move beyond dashboards and copilots into something more autonomous—systems that can actually do the work. From automating repetitive, multi-step workflows to enabling smarter, context-aware decision-making, our AI Agents are designed to operate across entire finance processes. Not just assisting—but orchestrating.
Our AI Agents are Where Finance Bottlenecks Are
Over the two days, we had dozens of conversations—unfiltered, honest, and refreshingly grounded. Attendees didn’t come with abstract questions. They came with real challenges: Messy data that doesn’t talk to each other, manual processes that refuse to scale, teams stretched thin that are trying to keep up with increasing complexity. And instead of surface-level exchanges, people leaned in. They shared what’s actually not working inside their organizations. Where bottlenecks exist. What’s slowing them down—not in theory, but in practice.
We showed them how an AI Agent can ingest a crumpled invoice, a blurry bank statement, or a rambling email, and turn that unstructured chaos into a structured action item. We showed them how the agent doesn’t just flag an exception—it decides the next best step based on your business rules.
Through live demonstrations, we showed how AI Agents can:
- Automate complex, multi-step finance workflows end-to-end with minimal human intervention
- Make decisions by analyzing context, structured data, and business rules
- Process unstructured data—like invoices, receipts, bank statements, and emails—and convert them into actionable tasks instantly
- Integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, from ERPs to CRMs and APIs, enabling true orchestration across the finance stack
We also walked attendees through real-world use cases already being implemented across organizations:
- Invoice Processing & Approval
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Automation
- Automated Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Forecasting and Predictive Analytics
- Automated Financial Report Generation
Each use case grounded the conversation further. It made AI tangible—not as a future investment, but as a present-day advantage.
A Space Where Innovation Feels Real
There was a shared recognition in many of the conversations that we had: the gap between AI ambition and operational reality is still wide—but it’s closing.
A big part of that experience was shaped by the event itself. The scale, the diversity of participants, and the quality of interactions made it clear why GITEX AI Asia 2026 continues to position itself as one of the region’s most dynamic platforms for technology, AI, and startups. Something that forms a space where innovation didn’t feel performative but practical. Startups, enterprises, and investors weren’t just showcasing capabilities, but actively exploring how to move forward together.
Coming Excited, Leaving Inspired
So, what is the state of AI for finance in 2026?
We came in ready to showcase. We’re leaving with sharper insights into what businesses truly need.
The challenges are clear. The demand for efficiency, scalability, and smarter decision-making is only increasing. But more importantly, there’s a growing willingness to rethink how work gets done. That is where AI Agents fit in—not as a replacement for people, but as a way to elevate how teams operate.
As we pack up our booth and head back to the office, we aren’t bringing swag bags. We are bringing a notebook full of problems we need to solve. We are bringing a renewed commitment to building agents that don’t just automate tasks—they empower the people stuck in the thick of it. As we reflect on the past two days, one thing stands out: the conversation around AI is evolving. It’s becoming less about what’s possible—and more about what’s practical.
We would like to thank the organizer for the great 2-days event! If you missed us at GITEX, don’t worry. The conversation is just getting started, contact us to get 1-hr FREE consultation.
