Singapore, 30 March 2021ST Engineering, Singapore’s homegrown global defence and engineering group, invited technology partners such as Tableu, Zone Telecom, and Gleematic to share about their respective technologies to the visitors. The event was organized into five keynotes focusing on integrating automation into the process of digital transformation and attended by people from other business units of ST Engineering, and some of the end-customers of ST Engineering.

With the theme of “Digital Transformation: Adoption and Integration of Technology”, Gleematic presented new, smart, and proven solutions which help automate office operations in various industries. This is in line with ST Engineering’s vision, which is to prepare cities for a smarter future, creating connected, resilient and sustainable cities.

During the showcase, Gleematic also presented how cognitive automation creates value:

  1. Increase capacity, productivity, and accuracy
  2. Improved employee satisfaction
  3. Enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Reduced risk and bolster compliance
  5. Greater innovation and competitive differentiation

What we learned We also learnt from other presenters about other types of technologies. The presenter from Tableau shared about how data visualization can be done easily through the platform. Another speaker shared about how a “voice bot” was able to speak and respond almost like a human on the phone. We also spoke with participants and exchanged ideas of potential areas of collaborations. We’re thankful to the organisers at ST Engineering for inviting us, and choosing to use Gleematic as part of their operations. We are also grateful to other business units at ST Engineering for their support to Gleematic.
